How We Use Your Information United Learning Apprenticeships is registered as a Data User in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The details gathered on this form and any accompanying notes from the admissions procedure
will be used solely for processing your application for enrolment. Your information will be securely recorded and stored, either electronically in a database or in paper form. We may employ this data for various purposes related to your application, ensuring
health and safety during your time on programme, or for legitimate reasons. This might involve reaching out to you, (your parent or guardian where appropriate), and your employer via post, email, telephone (including SMS text messages), periodically regarding
your application. Your details will be retained and transferred to your apprentice file upon enrolment. Rest assured, your provided information will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except for parents/guardians (for apprentices under 19) and government funding bodies, (including Ofsted and Awarding
Organisations), or when required by law for fraud prevention or detection purposes. By completing and submitting this application, you are consenting to these processing terms.

At an appropriate stage in the application process we will request some details (your unique learner number and prior qualification information) from the learner records service to assist in your enrolment in your chosen programme.
